Here at Baseline Canine Services, we recognize the value of different learning environments and how a group setting can transform the learning process. We aim to be as accessible with our expertise and information as possible, so we’re closing the gap between trainers, dogs, and the community.
The details:
Our sessions are broken into two parts: (1) seminar and (2) demo work. The usual duration for our sessions is 3 hours – seminar, 1 hour and demo work, 2 hours. However, we can adapt our timeframe based on your needs at the time.
Seminar
Here we apply more ‘book knowledge’ into our learning. Our expert will talk on methodology, techniques, things we’ve tweaked and mastered, etc. The seminar portion is analytical and opens the room to Socratic seminar-style conversations.
demo work
During your Demo Work, we’ll get hands-on with the dogs! First, our expert will demonstrate the skills spoken about in the seminar section. After some questions and filling in any gaps, our expert will then help others in the group practice.
