Our team will communicate with you on any final arrangements: travel plans, scheduling, etc. Then you can just get excited!
It’s easy to get things started for you, and our team will be there to assist you each step of the way you need.

In order to provide you with the highest quality of service, we have reserved the following dates to close in order to provide our team with adequate rest and time with family. If your program falls on one of these closure dates, we will continue your program after we reopen. Thank you for understanding!

How can we help?

We must receive proof of Rabies, Distemper combo, and Bordetella vaccinations at least 48 hours prior to your first lesson; if you do not provide proof of vaccinations prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. The vaccination must be given at least 7 days prior to the appointment.
Credit cards, Debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Cash are all accepted.
We do not accept checks.
For any forecasted dangerous weather conditions, such as hurricanes, services will be paused until conditions are deemed safe.
Dogs must be retrieved 2-3 days prior to the storm’s predicted landfall. Our team will communicate with you to schedule pick-up. Services will be rescheduled once we are up running and conditions are safe again. There will be no refunds, credits, or transfers for the time missed.
We do not evacuate with any client dogs.
In the case of unsafe weather conditions not forecasted in a timely manner, we will notify you with as much time as possible about the services. In the chance of rescheduling, you will be given a chance to when conditions improve and the schedule allows. There will be no refunds or credits.
Services are only booked, appointment-only, during regular hours of operation.
The dates and hours are subject to our availability.
Services will be terminated if you do not complete all the required paperwork within 48 hours of verbal acceptance.
There are no refunds, credits, or transfers for failure to complete the reservation requirements.
Appointments are only officially reserved once all of the following are completed and/or submitted: Service Agreement, the Intake Form, and payment made in full.
In order to complete your reservation, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be taken care of prior to your services. This deposit will be subtracted from your remaining balance due.
We do not believe in the need to travel luxuriously, and we will choose the safest, most cost-efficient accommodations possible. For services booked out of the states of Louisiana and Mississippi, a debit or credit card must be put on file to make said travel arrangements. We are not responsible for and third-party reimbursement, refunds, or credits if you cancel your services with us.
Baseline Canine Services travels to serve all 50 US states. If you are interested in booking services, you are responsible for finding an appropriate training location or facility. All state and city laws and policies should be followed.
